19 March 2021 (Georgetown) – The Executive Management Committee (EMC) of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) paid a Courtesy Call on British High Commissioner to Guyana, His Excellency Ross Denny, on Thursday, March 18th, 2021, at the Commissioner’s Residence in Georgetown. 

During the visit, discussions focused on various areas of mutual interest, including the inaugural Guyana Energy Conference & Expo (GEC-X ‘21), strengthening commercial relations between the two countries, trade and standards, and future collaborations.  

Both parties agreed to continue working together to promote trade between the UK and Guyana and develop long-term, sustainable business relations.
