GCCI attends Tech – Guyana and Lab 22c’s “Tech Talk” event
Today, representatives of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) attended the Girls in Tech – Guyana and Lab 22c’s “Tech Talk” event at the Herdmanston Lodge, Georgetown.
Tech Talk was designed for Guyana’s tech ecosystem to ‘catch up’ and share about what is being pioneered in and out of the country and also provides the opportunity for tech persons to network and seek collaborations within the community and in the diaspora.
The event kickstarted with a coffee and networking session, followed by a featured presentation by Mr. Saif Ishoof, Founder of Lab22c in Miami, Florida. The event also featured a “Deep Dive Session” which was a panel discussion led by Mr. Ishoof, and a Tech Talent Feature.
The Chamber representatives present today included Mr. Richard Rambarran, Executive Director and Councillors of the Chamber, Mrs. Evie Gurchuran and Mr. Keon Howard.
