Senior Vice President, Mr. Gavin Ramsoondar and Councillor and Executive Member, Mr. Richard Rambarran represented the GCCI at the engagement. Discussions delved into Guyana’s labour shortage, national manpower statistics and initiatives that have been undertaken to address current challenges in this regard.

This roundtable discussion is the third iteration of this activity and was geared towards beginning the conversation on how policies can be shaped to meet the country’s needs. This discourse is expected to continue on a regular basis and is aimed at addressing critical issues affecting the development of Guyana’s business community.
