As we embark on this New Year, let’s take a moment to reflect on some of the GCCI’s activities from December 2023 to January 2024. In December, we concluded the year with our marquee event, the Chamber’s Annual Awards Presentation and Gala Dinner which was held on December 15 at the Marriott Hotel. It was a celebration of excellence within our business community and a testament to the hard work and dedication of our members. The Chamber extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated and made it a memorable evening. 

In January, the Chamber took part in a pivotal meeting with the GoInvest and other business support organizations that sought to set the tone of collaboration between the public and private sector towards the fostering of a conducive business environment in Guyana.
