President of the GCCI, Mrs. Kathy S. Smith; Senior Vice President, Mr. Gavin Ramsoondar, and Immediate Past President and Executive Member, Mr. Kester Hutson paid a courtesy visit to the minister at his office.

During the meeting, the development of sports tourism in Guyana was discussed, and how the private sector can collaborate with the government to propel the sector. The Chamber committed it support to this initiative, and the two parties agreed to further the discourse on this partnership.
