Business Breakfast Seminar – The Caribbean Court of Justice on the Original Jurisdiction

As a part of the CCJ’s training and sensitisation series in facilitating greater awareness and understanding of the Original Jurisdiction of the Court, the GCCI in collaboration with the Caribbean Court of Justice will be hosting a seminar geared to the Business Community focused on the Original Jurisdiction which is intended to cover but is not limited to the Fundamental Rights and Benefits to Private Persons under the Core Regimes of the CARICOM Single Market, and Economy (CSME) including:

– Free movement of goods;
– Right of establishment;
– Free provision of services;
– Free movement of capital
– Free movement of Community nationals

Additionally, the special role of private persons in bringing a case to the CCJ and Special features of accessing the OJ.
