GCCI Executives on Monday, May 6, met with Dutch maritime contracting company, Van Oord on the sidelines of the Offshore Technology Conference in Houston, Texas. The meeting saw discussions on Guyana’s local content and business development.

Van Oord is part of a consortium that was awarded a contract for the construction of the offshore pipeline and accompanying infrastructure of the Gas-to-Energy Project in Guyana.

The GCCI is leading the Guyanese Delegation at the OTC, which will be running from May 6 – 9. The GCCI booth is located at 4424 Hall A.
