Mr. Komal Ramnauth

Mr. Komal Ramnauth is a former President of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), and currently serves as the Chairman of the Chamber’s Fundraising Committee. Mr Ramnauth served as the Chamber’s President for two consecutive terms from 2010 – 2012.
His tenure as a Councilor and then President of the GCCI exemplifies his impactful leadership and strategic influence in enhancing the business environment of Guyana. His Pesidency marked a period of significant growth and increased influence for the Chamber.
Mr. Ramnauth boasts a career spanning over 38 years in management and sales, as the Founder and Managing Director of Kojac, a premier office products business in Guyana. Over the last 15 years, Mr. Ramnauth has expanded his entrepreneurial ventures into the real estate sector, with the establishment of Kojac Realty.
Mr. Ramnauth has also served as a Director at the Guyana Power & Light Inc., for the past 13 years during which time he has made significant contributions in shaping the country’s energy policies.
His achievements have earned him numerous prestigious awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the GCCI, he was also a nominee for the Ernst and Young Caribbean Entrepreneur Award.
