Mr. Keon Howard

Mr. Keon Howard has been a member of the GCCI Council since 2019 and is the Chairperson of the Membership and Diversity Committee. He has previously served as the Chairman of GCCI Construction and HSSE Committee. He has been a member of the GCCI since 2018.
A prolific entrepreneur, Mr. Howard is the co-founder of Winedays.gy, a high-end wine importation business, Electric (Guyana) Incorporated, an electrical consultancy and installations, residential, commercial, and industrial maintenance company, as well as Fresh Cafe, which promotes healthy eating and living.
Mr. Howard is passionate about promoting education, electrical standards and a healthy lifestyle through a ‘green’ diet. Mr. Howard is an experienced Master Electrician and Licensed Professional Electrical Contractor who is dedicated to safety culture and skilled in installation, maintenance and repair of complex electrical systems. He is an accomplished electrical contractor with an extensive background in the electrical construction industry, with 25 years of industry expertise.
He has effectively overseen projects in various sectors, including education, commercial enterprises, industrial facilities, marine installations, government projects, and consulting assignments. He initiated his career as an electrician, honing a robust comprehension of daily field operations that significantly contributes to his breadth of electrical expertise.
