Mr. Carlos Mendonca

Mr. Carlos Mendonca has served as a dedicated member of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) since 2020. His notable leadership includes chairing the Trade and Investment Committee from 2021 to 2023, during which he demonstrated a commitment to fostering economic growth and development. Presently, Mr. Mendonca serves as Vice Chairman of the committee, employing his expertise to spearhead strategic initiatives with a dedicated focus on developing the Agro-Processing Industry in Guyana.
Beyond his contributions to the GCCI, Mr. Mendonca is the Governing Director of Ricks & Sari Agro Industries Limited, a distinguished name in Guyana’s manufacturing sector specializing in spices and condiments. With a dedicated focus on trade relations, promoting business opportunities, and advancing the Agro-Processing sector, Mr. Mendonca remains dedicated to the role of the GCCI and its instrumental work in fostering private sector development in Guyana.
