June 2024 saw the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry embarking on a number of strategic engagements that were geared toward advancing members’ concerns and improving the economic climate and quality of life in Guyana, while fostering a stable and sustainable economic and social environment in the country.

In this edition, we reflect on the GCCI’s advocacy on matters relating to access to finance for members, traffic management, access to affordable and reliable energy, as well as local content utilisation.
