The business delegation included Voltalia Guyane, Veolia, Vallourec, SPIE Global Services Energy, SeaOwl, SBM Offshore, REP Smart Chemicals, Ponticelli, Jifmar, and FOSELEV. The group requested the meeting in order to understand the vast opportunities emerging in Guyana’s rapidly growing energy sector and the investment strategies of key players in the country’s energy sector.

The GCCI officials in engaging the delegation provided an overview of a range of investment opportunities in the country, encouraging the firms to partner with local entities. Speaking of the history and membership of the Chamber, the Executives indicated that companies within the Chamber are involved in various sectors and are available for collaboration.
