Our Founder – Dr. Kwame Gilbert

Executive Director, Legacy Consulting Services

Dr. Kwame Gilbert brings more than three decades of professional experience spanning business management, public service, political leadership, and higher education.

His career includes serving as a bank branch manager, Senior Monitoring Officer at the Ministry of Finance, an elected Member of Parliament and Social Policy Advisor, and an EDI Consultant and Trainer at Mohawk College in Canada.

He holds a Ph.D. in Leadership & Organization, alongside postgraduate qualifications in Global Human Resource Management and Conflict Resolution.
