Creativity met entrepreneurship during the Arts, Fashion, Design & Animation breakout session at YEC 2026.

Facilitators Sade Barrow-Browne, Founder of FINEART.GY; Jumal Sam, Owner of Inspire Studios; Kayleen Smith, Owner of The Sweet Spot; and Mwanza Glenn, Founder and Cultural Storyteller of Wanza’s Designs engaged participants on the opportunities available within Guyana’s creative industries.

The session encouraged young creatives to think beyond their talents alone and consider how their ideas, skills and artistic expression can be developed into brands, products and sustainable businesses.
