Mr. Devon Seeram
Councillor
Mr. Devon Seeram is the Business Development Manager at Payless Variety Store. He previously served as Chairman of the GCCI Trade and Investment Committee and Vice Chairman of the Petroleum Committee.
Mr. Seeram has a Degree in Economics from the University of Guyana (UG) and a Master’s Degree from the University of Hyderabad, India.
Mr. Seeram is passionate about private sector development. He has worked at the Private Sector Commission as an Economist/Manager, as well as at ExxonMobil Guyana where he served as the company’s Local Content Advisor, then Government Relations Advisor.
As a member of the GCCI Council, he strives to faithfully serve, to the best of his abilities, to bring value to the Chamber’s members and the wider private sector. He looks forward to actively participating in Chamber activities, and where necessary, provide input, representation and contribute to information sharing so that members can be informed and make calculated decisions.
