Mrs. Kristia Ramlagan-Prescott is the Secretary of the GCCI, after previously serving as Chairperson of the GCCI Membership and Diversity Committee. She has been with the GCCI since 2018, and most also served as Vice Chairperson of the Fundraising Committee, leading the execution of several of the Chamber’s large-scale events.
Beyond this she is a Communications Professional who specialises in planning and executing events that range from intimate gatherings to corporate events. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, she has a passion for storytelling, and with the use of impactful messaging, Mrs. Ramlagan-Prescott brings brands to life and creates memorable experiences for her clientele.
She is the Founder of Lodestar Incorporated, an Events Production firm that serves several companies across various sectors. Mrs. Ramlagan-Prescott has a penchant for detail, flexibility, and commitment to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. She is keen on fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver quality and exceed expectations.
As Secretary and Councillor, Mrs. Ramlagan-Prescott is committed to supporting the development of inclusive mechanisms that cater to the diverse interests and needs of the Chamber’s members. By offering a wide range of activities and initiatives, she hopes to help foster a sense of belonging and ensure that all members feel valued and supported.
