About us

Amaila Apartments Inc. is a new company involved in sustainable real estate development. Our current project entails the development of a fully serviced apartment building in Republic Gardens on the East Bank Demerara corridor – which is located four miles (6.4 km) from Georgetown, Guyana’s capital city, 30 minutes from Ogle International Airport, 45 minutes from Cheddi Jagan International Airport and 5 minutes from the Demerara River where large scale oil and gas shore base activities are centered at the Guyana Shore Base. In recent years, this area has seen the creation of Windsor Estate (Guyana’s premier gated community), Massy Supermarket (the first modern supermarket in Guyana), and Texila University (Guyana’s largest medical university). Haliburton’s Guyana Ltd facility is a 3-minute drive from the apartments.
