GCCI President Leading by Example, Encourages Others to Get COVID-19 Vaccine
Leading by example, today, the President of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), Mr. Timothy Tucker, received a second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, making him fully vaccinated against the coronavirus. The CDC has noted that persons are considered fully immunised seven to fourteen days after their second dose of the vaccine.
As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, the GCCI encourages persons to help stop the spread of the coronavirus by finding a local vaccination site and receiving the COVID-19 vaccine at the earliest opportunity.
