“Guyana’s Customer Service Strategy” Breakfast Seminar hosted by GCCI & TTBEPS

The Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), in collaboration with T&T Business Etiquette and Protocol Specialists Limited (TTBEPS), hosted a Breakfast Seminar titled “Guyana’s Customer Service Strategy”, on Tuesday, October 15th, 2019 at the Office of the Chamber.

The seminar was facilitated by Director of T&T Business Etiquette and Protocol Specialists Limited, Ms. Kelly Ann Connelly Monsegue. Among the topics covered were steps to identifying your organisation’s service gaps, customer service strategy, employee understanding of service expectation and standards, employee empowerment and value added service.

TTBEPS is a channel partner of the Service Quality Institute (SQI) of the USA and delivers Customer Service Strategy Programmes on their behalf. The workshop also featured remarks from John Tschohl, President of SQI (via Skype) and his Consultants.
