GCCI’s Customer Service Seminar

The Georgetown Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI) will be hosting a Customer Service Seminar on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at the Pegasus Hotel Guyana from 9.00 hours to 12.00 hours.

The main objectives of the seminar are to sensitize the business community on issues relating to customer service in Guyana and help participants increase their customer service skills, develop a greater appreciation of customer value and raise the quality of the service they provide to customers.

The seminar is free for all members and non-members will be required to pay a small fee of $500.

Speakers of the seminar include: 1) Ms. Joycelyn Williams, International Development Consultant of JTW & Associates Management Institute Inc; 2) Mr. Rawle Dundas, Director of Professional Development Enterprise and; 3) Mr. Komal Singh, Director of Gaico Construction Inc. (Special training in Interpersonal relationship and Customer Service Skills).
