On December 13, 2017, the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) gave recognition to outstanding businesses and individuals in Guyana at its 128th Annual Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony. Recipients of this year’s awards were selected from a robust list of nominees from across Guyana. The awardees are: 1. Public Service Award of Excellence Ministry of Public Infrastructure 2. Young Business Executive Dr. Rosh Khan 7. Award of Innovation Innovative Systems Inc. 8. President’s Award Gaico Construction and General Services Inc. 9. Chamber Award Roraima Duke Lodge The GCCI also honoured Impressions and Palm Court with Awards of Appreciation for their continuous support and contribution to the Chamber’s work program. This annual event is a great opportunity to recognize and reward outstanding performances of business excellence, while continuing to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit in Guyana.
